He is survived by: his wife Julie; his father Jake Wolterbeek VIII; his children, Evelyn, Emma and Jacob X "Jack"; and his siblings, Ellen (Joe), Daniel (Jen), Candy (Emarie), Tatyana (Kris), Alexis (Sam), Anna, Owen and Hope. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
