He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Oliver and Roland "Joe" Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Williams Oliver; his sister Lois; his brother-in-law Kenny; and his nephews, Brian Sheffield and Keith (Jillian Sheffield).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the J. Verne Wood Funeral Home - Buckminster Chapel (84 Broad St, Portsmouth, NH 03801).
