She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Breen and Natalie Breen (Druken); her siblings, Thomas, Walter and Nancy; her husband Donald Williams (Donnie); and her niece Christie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Stacy Cavalieri (Greg) of York, ME and Jeff Breen (Janet) of Reading, MA.; her siblings' children, Shayna, Cara, Maggie, Emily, Rachel and Daniel; and her friends, Masha Silver and Andrea Long. She is also survived by many cousins, and a dog park full of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Portsmouth Senior Activity Center (125 Cottage St, Portsmouth, NH 03801).
