Osborne (Portsmouth, New Hampshire), born in Rochester, New Hampshire, who passed away on September 30, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hamel Osborne; his son Kenneth Osborne (Lisa) of Brentwood; and his siblings, Bill Osborne, Gloria Buttrick and June Chase. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
