He is survived by: his wife Jane Sullivan (Ward); his children, Donna Gutzwiller (Greg), Cindy Sullivan, Sharon Martin (Joe), Darlene Sullivan and Daniel Sullivan II; his grandchildren, Michael Weide (Liz), Heather Goettke (Tom), Joey Gutzwiller (Laura), Trisha Boyles (Steve), Jaime, Carballo, Kayti Lovrant (Cyle), Austin Martin, Devin, Cole and Chase Sullivan; and his siblings, Elizabeth Crean of Helotes and Thomas Sullivan (Tater) of Cincinnati.
