He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his children, William Dugan (Donna) of Bradenton, FL and Carolyn Dugan (Robert Leonard) of Manchester; his granddaughter Caitlin Dugan of Rochester, NH; his brother Richard Dugan of Phoenix, AZ; and also Lake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
