He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest E. Welch Jr.; and his siblings, Wilson O. April, Bruce W. April and Travis E. Welch. He is survived by: his parent Ruthann Burditt of Eliot, ME; his daughter Angel Watts; his siblings, Sherry Welch (Robert Cheney, Robert) and George H. Fogg Jr.; his grandchildren, Jeremiah and Emma Watts; and his siblings' children, Sherida Welch, Sarah Nadeau, Douglas Nadeau Jr., Adam Welch, Miranda Welch, Heather Welch, Sabrina April, Robert April, Bruce April Jr., Tyler Fogg, Samantha Fogg and Grace Fogg. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
