He is survived by: his parents, George Bailey and Elizabeth Bailey (McLaughlin); his wife Gertrude Bailey (Smith) of Rochester; his children, David Bailey (Suzanne) of Biddeford and Donna Eldridge (Raymond) of Farmington; and his grandchildren, Thomas Gill, Kristen Masta (Richard) and Kevin Gill.
