He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Caler and Maud Caler (Hayman); his former wife Cassie Caler (Wilcox); his brother George; his sister-in-law Frances Caler (Spinny); his son Harold Caler Jr; and his sister Olive Caler.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Caler (McCutcheon) of Rochester; his daughter Linda Rhodes (Charles) of Springvale; his daughter-in-law Sandra Caler (Clark) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Bernard (Rhodes), Christina Dame (Christopher) and Greg Caler. He is also survived by great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
