For Jack is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his brother Cody Jack Haycock; his grandfather Bubber Haycock; and his aunt Christine Armstrong. He is survived by: his parents, Jack Preston Haycock, Sr. and Dawn Marie Perry (Cushman); his daughter Navaya; his sisters, Trisha Perry and Felicia Carter; and his grandmother Linda Haycock. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Peaslee Funeral Home (24 Central St, Farmington, NH 03835). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
