She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Rouleau and Eleanor Rouleau (Drown); her husband Joseph Henri Frank Moffett; and her sons, Joseph Frank Moffett and John Leo Moffett.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy (Scott Sirois) of Rochester, James (Claire), Wendy (Michael Dooley) of San Antonio, Kelly (Kevin Walters) of Center Barnstead and Melissa Moffett of Gonic; her sister Alice Weisling; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Theresa, James, Emelia, Andrew, Thomas, Madalyn, Henri, John, Timothy, Adrien, Michael, Ash, Krista, Bridget, Bronwyn, Kathleen, Angel, Brandy, Anthony, Kevin, Jacob, Libby, Joseph, Lauren, Hannah and Gabrielle; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Charlie, Ava, Oliver, Viola, Jaxson, Layla, Colby, Marie, Atlas, Silas, Theo, William, Joseph and Henri. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Grondin Funeral Home (177 N Main St, Rochester, NH 03867). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (189 N Main St, Rochester, NH 03867). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery - Rochester/Gonic Cemetery.
