It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa P. Fogg of Rochester, New Hampshire, born in Biddeford, Maine, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Chretien and Alfreda Dussault (Boudreau); her former husband Richard Stephens; her husband Gregory Fogg; her children, Kelly Stephens, Tony Stephens (Coleen Smith) and Craig Stephens (Amy); and her grandchildren, Ethan, Brendan, Tyler, Jacob, Zachary and Anaia.
