He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Smith and Bernice Smith (Baker); his former wife Rita Smith; and his sisters, Elizabeth Hill, Louise Dunham, Bette Egnet and Adelaide Callahan.
He is survived by: his significant other Donna Smith (Roy) of Salem; his son Peter Smith (Louise) of Yarmouth, ME; his stepdaughters, Colleen Moran (Mark) of Salem, Darlene Carroll (Matthew) of Kingston, NH and Sherry Abruzese (Michael) of Windham, NH.; and his nieces and nephews, Isabella, Shannon, Conor, Carly, Erin, Sydney, Jake, Georgia Smith and Zachary Smith (Meredith).
