It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brooke Johansen (Salem, New Hampshire), who passed away on November 12, 2018, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Nicole Rae Gionet. She is survived by: her daughter Ava Nicole Perkins of Salem, NH; her husband Edward Johansen of Manchester, NH; her stepsons, Chad Johansen and Cole Johansen of Bedford, NH; her parents, Diana Gionet and Thor Gionet of Salem, NH; her sister Ashley Gionet (Jonathan McCoy) of Milford, NH; and her grandparents, Dorothy Remillard and Joseph Remillard of Salem, NH. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
