He was predeceased by: his sister Joanne Kimball. He is survived by: his wife Linda Doherty (Fanning) of Salem, NH.; his sons, Daniel Doherty III, Emily Silva of Brighton, MA, Sean Doherty, Rachael Page of Salem, NH and Phil Doherty of Salem, NH; his sisters, Mary Hardy of Boston, MA, Frances Rose and Patrick Rose of West Roxbury; and his siblings' child Granddog Ziggy.
