He is survived by: his parents, Irene Guillermo and William Hernandez of Methuen, MA.; his sister Sadie Piotrowicz; and his grandparents, Lucy Cordero, Raymond Guillermo of Lawrence, MA., Martha and Roberto Hernandez. He is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
