He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Gallagher (Rowan) and George E. Gallagher; and his siblings, Bill, Bob, John, Edward Gallagher, Marion Teahan and Dorothy Nugent.
He is survived by: his wife Carolann Gallagher (Liscombe) of Salem, NH; his daughters, Denise O'Brien (Daniel) of Salem, Karen Whelan (Tom) of Arlington, MA and Carolann Gallagher-Pry of Salem, NH; and his siblings, James Gallagher, Catherine McLeod and Barbara Keohane. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
