He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine J. Cunningham (Johnston). He is survived by: his father Harold L. Cunningham; his wife Amy L. Cunningham (Burke); his son Sean Cunningham (Katelyn Newell); his stepdaughters, Courtney Storms and Jocilyn Maloney; his siblings, Julieanne Perkins and John Cunningham; his grandchildren, Brenden Cunningham, Jayce Cunningham and Michael Maloney; and his former wife Marilyn Cunningham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
