He is survived by: his wife Susan Evans (Koscielniak) of Salem, NH.; his mother-in-law Pamela Koscielniak of Haverhill, MA.; and his siblings-in-law, Joy (Robert Berg) of Kingston, NH, Cindy (Dan Zorn) of Hollis, NH and James (Cathy Koscielniak) of Hudson, NH..
