He was predeceased by: his parents, Edythe (Moore) and Judson Bell, Jr.; and his sister Judith West. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Bell of Salem, NH; his sons, Judson Bell, Jamie Valcanas of Salem, NH and Richard J. Bell (Christina) of Simi Valley, CA; his grandchildren, Bryana, Skylar and Blake Bell; and his niece Stacey Sawtelle.
