It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Fernandez (Salem, New Hampshire), who passed away on May 30, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Chadwick and Amelia Chadwick; and her siblings, Paula Datri, George Chadwick and Kevin Chadwick.
She is survived by: her son John Fernandez (Michelle April); her grandchildren, Alexis Fernandez and Luke Fernandez; and her brothers, Michael Chadwick (Helene), Paul Chadwick and James Chadwick.
