She is survived by : her children, Erin M (Tom Makarow), Jacqueline P. (Jonathan Crook) and David J.; her daughter-in-law Mary Cloutier of Haverhill; her brother Joseph; her sister-in-law Judy Haseltine of Brookfield, MA; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Annette Katelyn, Emily, Adaline and Saoirse. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
