He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. and Carrie Chase (Janvrin); his wife Gloria Chase (Dow); and his siblings, Elsie Chase, Bessie Anchors, Annie Chase and Donald Chase.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy (Eugene Welch) of Seabrook, Frank W. (Dianne Chase) of Seabrook and Charlotte (Ralph Tapia) of Wakefield, NH; his grandchildren, Eugene Welch, Michael Welch, Tia Watts, Traci Dorman, Frank Chase and Shelly Bitomske; and his siblings, Francis Chase, Patricia Locke, Marlene Greenwood and Pamela Fryklund. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
