He was predeceased by: his father Donald A. Perkins, Sr.; and his sister Cynthia Sodoyer. He is survived by: his mother Rita M. Perkins (Kelleher) of Seabrook; his children, Miryah Perkins of Seabrook, Kirsten and Brooklyn Perkins of Hampton; his grandchildren, Yoryi, Keiyani and Keimyah Mejia; and his siblings, Donny "Geese", Steve, Ricky, Franny, Helyn Perkins and Carol Nichols. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of traditional remembrances, donations may be made to the family in their time of need.
