He was predeceased by: his former wives, Kula and Eleanor; and his brothers, George Railsback and Leroy Railsback. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Railsback and Nellie Railsback (Dobbs); his children, Janet Patterson South, Leslie Harrison Baltimore, MD, David Harrison Portsmouth and Heather Conroy; his grandchildren, Ian Raymond Conroy, Edward Cantin, Victoria Harrison and Sarah Patterson; his brother Claud; and his niece Sandy Pearson.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the Cocheco Valley Humane Society.
