He was predeceased by: his parent Isabel Lewis (Clark). He is survived by: his parent Harold H. Lewis; his wife Kim L. Lewis of Swanzey; his daughters, Kimberlee J. Welch (Eric) of West Swanzey and Terry L. Lewis of Swanzey; his sisters, Sybil Delworth of Keene and Gail Ballou (Robert) of Swanzey; his grandchildren, Jillian Patch, Thomas Lacroix, Tabitha Curry, David Ellis III, Mal Snide and Shelby Snide; his great grandchildren, Jordyn Lacroix, Thomas Lacroix and Rhiannon Patch; and his siblings, Harold, Pearl and Marilyn. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
