He was predeceased by: his parent Catherine T. (Galluzzo); and also Gretchen Hall of Franklin. He is survived by: his parent Frank W. Smith Sr.; his wife Carolyn H. Smith of Swanzey; his daughters, Stephanie A. Boucher (Kenneth) of Swanzey and Deanna M. Smith of Gilsum; his siblings, Betty A. Thompson (James) of Charlestown and Richard Smith (Trudy) of Belgrade, ME.; his grandchildren, Elaina Boucher, Cameron Boucher and Joshua Hall; and his friend Philip Hall of Franklin. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
