He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Boutcher and Daisy Boutcher (Furman); and his sister Alice Pantaleo. He is survived by: his wife Isabelle C. Boutcher (Farmer); his children, John W. Boutcher, III and Carol L. Nguyen of East Providence; his granddaughters, Stephanie LeClair, Jacqueline Boutcher and Jillian Boutcher; and his great grandchildren, Beckett, Brynn and Bryce LeClair.
