He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Martins (Costa) and Joseph Martins. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Martins of Swanzey; and his sons, Joseph M. Martins of Milford and Richard A. Martins of Fall River, MA.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, cousins, extended family, and friends.
