He was predeceased by: his parents, Rae Ann (Wheeler) and Conrad J. Lazzaro; and his grandchild Paxton W. Dicey. He is survived by: his wife Lisa C. Ouellette (Deroiser); his daughter Valerie N. Paige of Swanzey; his siblings, Scott J. Lazzaro (Judy) of Keene and Sue Kathan; and his nephews, Scott J. Lazzaro of Stoddard and Joshua A. Lazzaro of Nelson. He is also survived by six grandchildren, cousins, extended family and friends.
