He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Lazzaro (Jacob) and Guido Lazzaro; his son Timothy J. Lazzaro; and his siblings, Conrad Lazzaro, Roland Lazzaro and Rosemarie Blanchard.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Beverly A. Tommila; his child His; his grandchildren, Jordan Beaulieu, Jenna Beaulieu, Mark A. Beaulieu, Nathan Lazzaro, Haydon Castle, Erin Castle and Adrian Castle; his great grandchild Azalea Lazzaro; and his brother-in-law Ray Blanchaed. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family.
