We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2021, at the age of 78, Raymond W. Thompson Sr. of Swanzey, New Hampshire, born in New Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary R. Thompson (Melillo) and Wesley A. Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Thompson; his children, Raymond Thompson, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Swanzey, Wendy Sampson (Joel) of West Chesterfield and Heather Smith (Peter) of Keene; his siblings, Patricia Mainetti (Nick) of Higganum, CT and James Thompson; and his grandchildren, Carl Thompson, John Thompson, Matthew Sampson, Bradly Sampson, Nathan Sampson, Alexandra Smith and Jack Smith. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tunnel to Towers or the Masons Grand Lodge.
