He was predeceased by: his parents, Helene Loy (Mueller) and Ernst Loy; his wife Olivia Loy; and his brother-in-law Thomas R. Gardner. He is survived by: his sister Dina Maria Gardner of Wilmington, DE.; his sibling's children, Dina Ann Gardner of Wilmington, DE. and David Morrish Jr. (Sally) of Washington, NJ.; his cousin Anna Perlowski of New Jersey; his close friends, Debra, Carol, Ann Marie and Liana; and his caregivers, Terri and Trish.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that all donations may be made out to the Monadnock Humane Society, 101 W. Swanzey Rd. Swanzey, NH. 03446.
