He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edmund L. Smith and Hannah Smith (Demeritt); his children, Gerald Smith of Henniker, Dominique Rust of Hooksett, Marc Smith of Union, Michelle Rogers of Effingham and Juliette Smith of Union; his grandchildren, Jacob Dodge of Nashua, Megan Decater of Bennington, Kadie Charron of Union, Nicole Rust of Hooksett, Alexander Rust of Hooksett and Kyle Rogers of Effingham; and his siblings, Dorothy, Shirley, Lee, Richard, David, Sylvia and Jimmy. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
