He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Amlaw (Trombley) and Frank Amlaw; his children, Eowyn and Evangeline Amlaw; his siblings, Evelyn Brooks and Bernard Amlaw Sr.; Lee Willette (Chuck Willette) of Roxbury.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Anne Amlaw; his sibling's children, Brenda Saxton, Sharon Cummings, Cindy Greenwald, Michele Cashman, Renee Thompson, Michael Lancey, Jeb Lawrence, Alivia Lawrence and Faith Willette; Alexis.
At this time the family is unable to plan services due to the current Covid-19 pandemic.
