He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy Pearl Kenney Glidden of Wolfeboro; and his children, Laurel H. Pont (William), Arthur M. Glidden III (Nancy), Judith E. Lee (Robert E. Lee Jr.) and Bethany R. Dugas (Michael). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Mountain View Nursing Home, 93 Water Village Road, Ossipee, NH 03864.
