He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth E. Pollard and Benjamin L. Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Virginia R. Ladd; his son Ian Charles (Jamie); his grandchildren, Ashton and Kendra Ladd; his son Sean Benjamin (Candace); and his grandson Danny Provencal.
