He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dennis James Hayes and Eileen Hayes (Bradley); his wife Ellen Katherine Hurley; his brother Dan; his children, Curtis Hayes of North Conway, NH, Beth Hayes (Dino Scala) of East Wakefield, NH, Sarah Hayes of Wakefield, NH and Susan Hayes (Thomas Dube) of Wakefield, NH.; his siblings-in-law, Daniel J. Hurley (Mary) and Mary Donlan (Paul); and also, Ellen Hayes, Joe Scala, John Scala and Tommy Scala. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
