It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip H. Decelle (Wolfeboro, New Hampshire), born in Ware, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 27, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Aurore Decelle and Aime J. Decelle; his wife Joan Picard of Peterborough; his children, Michael (Linda) of Stratham, Tim of Corpus Christi and Kathy Aldrich (Dennis) of Canton; and his grandchildren, Emily Negroponte (George, Sarah Decelle), Jonathan Decelle, Meg Aldrich and Maya Aldrich.
