He was predeceased by: his parent Ann Hamilton Smith Nason; and his stepparents, Walter Nason and Y. Teresa Petitpas. He is survived by: his close friend Deborah L. Rosewolf; his children, Phillip A. Smith Jr. (Buddy), Robert Smith (Bobby), Bonnie Smith of Washington State and Barbara Smith (Barbie) of Alabama; and his stepchildren, Troy Page of Hawaii, Douglas Page of Asia and Tammy Page MacLaren of Maryland. He is also survived by One of 13 children, he is survived by 10 of his siblings.
