He was predeceased by : his parents, Rosalie E. "Nancy" Cowell Partington (Raymond) and William G. Cowell, Sr.; and his brother William Cowell, Jr.. He is survived by : his sisters, Paula Reynolds of Dahlonega, GA and Prudence Kaiser (Stephen) of Bath, NH; and his nieces and nephews, William Cowell (Bethany) of Woodsville, NH, Joel Cowell of Woodsville, NH, Bradley Reynolds, Jr. (Samantha) of Lebanon, NH, Christian Cowell of Springfield, VT, Laura Reynolds (Austin Clouse) of Dahlonega, GA, Amy Reynolds of Warren, NH, Samantha Gardner (Karl) of Groton, VT, Brittany Dodge (Jeremy) of Bath, NH and Kaitlynn Lavoie (Chris) of Celebration, FL. He is also survived by 25 great nieces and nephews; a great-great nephew and a great-great niece.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Pine Grove Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at the same location.

“Hi, my childhood friend. I am sorry we haven't stayed connected over the years. You came and visited me had to be 35 years ago. I have many great memories of Redman clam bakes, all of us kids riding on the old fire truck coming to visit you in New Hampshire. Swimming in the river looking for fools' gold, you scared the crap out of me driving the snowmobile at night—camping at Myles Standish Pond. I'll keep those memories in my heart forever; I love you, my old friend Donald Gallerani.”
