She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Hickerson; her parents, Charles Smyth and Almyra Smyth; and her siblings, Almyra Sears (Ed), Edith Smyth and George Smyth (Alice).
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Hickerson (Rachel) and Sandra Hickerson; her brother Charles Smyth; and her grandsons, Andrew Hickerson (Kelli), Patrick Hickerson (Amber) and Brandon Hickerson (Kelly). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parsels Funeral Home (324 New Jersey Ave, Absecon, NJ 08201). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Germania Cemetery.
