He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Jean A. Minnier; his children, Maryann Minnier and Gordon Minnier (Susan Minnier); his granddaughters, Jessica Hodson and Chelsea Lippincott; and his great grandchildren, Henry Hodson, Rose Hodson and Tristan Lippincott. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
