He was predeceased by: his wife Dot Ziegler; his children, Charles R. Ziegler Jr. and Gwendolyn Ziegler; and his sister Rayeann Strang (Bunny). He is survived by: his sons, Stephen and Robert Ziegler; and his stepchildren, Tracy Peplowski and Aaron Donavan.
