He is survived by : his daughter Kirsten Patricia Halvorsen; his parents, Michael Halvorsen and Patricia Ann Halvorsen; and his sisters, Kerry Halvorsen (Thomas Maino) and Karin Patricia Bourguignon (Henry Jr.). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
