She was predeceased by: her husband William P. Cherella, Sr.; and her parents, Luigi Marzilli and Modesta Marzilli (Mignanelli). She is survived by: her children, William P Cherella, Jr. (Diane) of Narragansett, RI, Dr. Michael J. Cherella of Medford, NJ, Leann M. Cherella of Springboro, OH and Laura J. Rossman (Dean) of Bath, NY; her siblings, Dr. Luigi Marzilli of Houston, TX and Jean Iacone of Johnston, RI; and her grandchildren, Billy, Bobby, Brianna, Christian, Lauren, Caroline, Rachel, Alyssa and Bella.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the RI Community Food Bank, 200 Niantic Avenue, Providence, RI 02907.
