She is survived by: her husband Phillip Fahy; her sister Kathleen Wietryzkowski; her son Nick Koman; her daughter-in-law Lori Koman (Lozito); her stepchildren, John, Clare and Dianne Fahy; and her grandchildren, John, Nicholas, Ryan, Kailyn Koman, Jack, Kate and Grace Fahy.
