She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Waake; and her brother Edward Waake. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Schlechtweg; her daughters, Kristin Gruning (George) and Kelly Schlechtweg of Barnegat; her grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey, Avah, Alyssa, Ariana, Alexa and Anthony; her mother Satu Waake; and her siblings, Peter, Christopher Waake and Ellen Hayes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
