He was predeceased by: his daughter Melissa Harkins. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Harkins (Molly), Jeffrey Harkins (Gretchen) and Michelle Harkins; his siblings, Marianne Matlack (Richard), Kevin Harkins (Margaret) and Thomas Harkins; and his pet Moxie.
