He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jeffrey Wilson, Kimberly Patterson (Sean) and Jennifer Wilson; his grandsons, Caleb and Benjamin Patterson; and his sisters, Janice Doughty (late Jack), Marie Wright (Jim), Brenda Pellow (Mike) and Gloria (late John). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
